after reading the bad reviews i was a little scared to order my $100 gift card but did anyway. so it took a few days to ship but when it did i got it the next day,im not sure if its because im closer to the shipping location or what but when i got it i called and made sure it was active and all went well when i used it. all in all it was good for me..only odd thing,when i got it, i checked online it said it didnt ship..took a day to say it shipped but i already had it by then..so im not sure exactly WHEN it shipped..oh well..i guess i was lucky with no issues.

I love Outback and being able to get gift cards as a gift from my wishlist, but not when you do not get it in time to take your friend to dinner for their birthday when you ordered weeks in advance. Need to get to customer faster.

I had a $300 amazon.com gift on my account so I thought it would be nice to take my extended family out for diner. So I bought 5 $50 Outback Gift Cards which cost me about $260. After I ordered the gift certificates I noticed my remaining balanced stayed the same on my amazon.com account. GiftCardMall would not accept my amazon.com surplus and instead charged my credit card of record. I immediately called their customer service number and was told they have a no refund policy, EVEN IF YOUR CREDIT CARD WAS STOLEN. Now I'm out $260. I am trying to rectify this with my credit card company. Absolutely terrible. An embarressment on so many levels.
