TO be fair this is a follow up to my initial post. I recently complained that my gift card arrived with no funds loaded on the card. Gift Card Mall's customer service was very helpful and fixed the problem immediately. All in all I would probably use them again.

This was a nice way to shop, since the nearest shopping center is almost an hour away from where I live; however, it took longer to reach its destination than I expected....close to two weeks. And that's a pain because now you feel like you have to "track" the gift, etc.
